Training with a certified coach can reduce your risk of injuries.  It can give you the comfort of knowing you have an educated eye watching your every move.  A dedicated coach can help keep you accountable and committed to your goals.   A great coach can even make exercise fun.  Whether you love training outdoors in a park, in  your home gym or in your backyard, there are no rules when it comes to staying fit.  Do it anywhere…..JUST DO IT!  OK….you don’t have to be THAT mad at me for making you give 110%, but I do appreciate the effort.   Back yard, gym, basement or beach – just do it
